Practive Security Soft Launch 2025

Practive Security is now live with limited services and early pricing!

Updates and Available Features

On August 11, 2025, Practive Security began actively delivering our knowledge-oriented services, publishing strategic blogs, security advisories, and practical tips for subscribers at our Substack page, as well as for members of our Practive Security Essentials subscription here at practivesecurity.com. Check our Membership page to sign up.

We are offering initial subscription pricing that is subject to change once our library of premium content expands, which is happening rapidly already. One of our core values at Practive Security is to distribute expert security knowledge to everyone. This is driving our pricing model, but as the business and all our expenses are still forming we know we may need to make adjustments in the future.

Regardless of the final pricing model, you are getting true expert knowledge that top tech companies pay a premium to have readily on staff.

As more content is developed and published, the majority of it will likely be available to Members who subscribe to our website delivered services, while some strategic content and items of special importance will continue to be published at Substack.

You can follow us on Twitter/X via our account @practivesec where we are actively sharing knowledge and tips with links to our full published work when relevant. If you’d like to see some early warnings about threats, heads-up on important news, and notifications of our work, follow us on X.

As we continue in this soft launch phase, all of our services, formats, delivery structures, and service pricing remains subject to change. Aside from pricing, we are pretty well set and just working out the logistics of getting you subscribed and receiving high value content and services.

Still to come

Next on our list is expanding our Education specific content. We hope to conduct our first seminar, either physical or online this fall/winter. There is much to do ahead of that, but our plan is to hold a bootcamp style seminar that covers all our Security Essentials Education material in a more traditional education structure. If you subscribe now and follow us in this journey, you’ll end up getting access to all our education content delivered over time which may be a more accessible way to ingest it anyway.

We are also working on rolling out podcasts which will also serve as a means to deliver you audio versions of our written content, along with some live expository remarks and tangents that will surely arise. We have more in plan for the podcasts that will come later on.

Also on our short-list to roll out soon is our Practive Security Assessment service. We’re working on developing the optimal method to gather pertinent information about your digital life and use of technology, so we can craft you a personalized assessment with affirmations of what you are doing well, along with recommendations for improvements.

A Final Word

Practive Security won’t be your typical Information Security provider. We’re more than that. We create our content based on over 25 years of professional experience at the top of the top, or tip of the spear if you prefer. But to us, security is more than just protecting your digital assets whether that be money or computers. We believe that cybersecurity is about protecting all of you; your mind, your heart, your body, your soul, and your assets.

This means our delivered content will stretch beyond the normal attack and defense layer of the digital world where hackers and activities lurk. We’re going wider and deeper to make sure you are fully protected.

In addition to this, our heart is also focused on empowering young adults to prepare for their digital life, equipping parents to guard and shepherd their children, helping Internet veterans reduce their risk profile, and helping business owners cut through the noise and really understand what needs to be done to protect their business and their customers.

We are in this for the fruit, and we hope you will join us.
